Job Description:  We are looking for a Project Coordinator for our Facilities Maintenance Office. We are selective in hiring and are looking for someone to whom can fit the organization’s culture of hard work, honesty, integrity and professionalism. Position: Project Coordinator with Facilities Maintenance/Construction Industry Background Location: Hollywood, FL Position Start Date: Immediate Position Filling Job Type: Full-Time Compensation: Based on Experience/Benefits Package after 90 days Responsibilities Include: • Input date into customer service software (Work Orders) • Experience and or knowledge in Facil-It Software, fmPilot2 Software and Big Sky Software and or Service Channel Software is a major plus!!! • Must have General Office Skills • Prepare Invoices, Letters, Reports, Scan Documents • Assist with Phone Coverage/Respond to Faxes and Emails • Complete large volumes of tasks and projects utilizing sound judgement • Manage client expectations to ensure complete satisfaction on every project Qualifications: • Customer Service and Client Relations • Minimum 1 year of Facilities Maintenance Services experience • Strong written and verbal communication • Organizational Skills • Personable and Reliable Transportation a MUST! • Team Player • Assist Office Team when necessary • Multi-Tasker • Good Computer Skills: Microsoft, Excel and Outlook • Highly Motivated, Ambitious Individual
